The FlyValan Company’s clients purchasing ‘a-la-cartè’ from the menu of the airline’s consumer services will always be able to organize their flight upon individual request: from FAST TRACK (first only in Genoa city) and PRIORITY BOARDING to CAR RENTAL service booking, including FlyValan Company flights. FlyValan is also pleased to inform the customers about the partnership with AVIS BUDGET GROUP. Through the FlyValan Company’s website, one can order a car renting service.

A detailed list of consumer services provided by FlyValan is presented below:

WEB CHECK-IN

FlyValan passengers who have duly received a book reference code (PNR) will be able to check in (for hand luggage) 24 hours prior to departure through the airline’s website. The web check-in service is free of charge for all FlyValan passengers.

FAST TRACK

The passengers of the flexible package and the corporate/carnet clients will be able to use the free-of-charge fast track service, when landing in Genoa city. The passengers with standard, light and basic class tickets will be able to order, through the FlyValan Company’s website, the fast track service at a price of 5,5 Euros. In the coming months, FlyValan airline will also significantly expand its fast track services to other landing points of its network.

PRIORITY BOARDING

We welcome you to board the FlyValan aircraft as a privileged guest! The Priority Boarding service is included in the flexible and carnet package and is provided at an additional price of 4 Euros for the clients of other levels. This service is available at the airports of Genoa and Trieste cities.

CAR RENTAL

FlyValan airline is pleased to announce the partnership with AVIS BUDGET GROUP, and enables its clients to order the car renting service, through the FlyValan Company’s website.

In a couple of weeks we will inform you additionally about future plans to cooperate with travel and hotel agencies.

PARKING P1 – LONG TERM PARKING at Genoa airport

Passengers who have purchased a Flexible fare will be granted with a 10% discount on the total parking amount. Discount is applied on site.

How to get the discount:
Passenger , as a first step, have to move to the Parking InfoPoint – Arrival Hall at the Airport in order to be accredited showing an identity document , the boarding pass attesting the Flexible fare which benefits the discount.
He will received, free of charge, a discount card, expiring on December 31st 2018, to be used at the automatic check-out cash when payment is made.

How to pay:
Move to the automatic check-out cash and insert the ticket collected at the parking area entry.
The amount due and shown for the parking will be full price but, by inserting the card, it is recomputed by applying a 10% discount. Payment can be done cash and/or by credit card
Payment settled , the discount card, which has to be saved for future parkings, is returned as well as the ticket to be used for the parking exit.
